Getting Started

Do I have to choose a branding kit before we work together?

Nope. You don’t have to figure that out alone.

Every project begins with a Tasting Flight, and based on what we discover together, I’ll recommend the kit that fits your goals, comfort level, and brand personality.

What are the two Tasting Flights?

I offer two blends depending on where your brand is right now:

Brew Your Brand (New)

For new businesses or anyone starting fresh.

Brew + Review (Existing)

For people who already have branding but want a refresh, tune-up, or new direction.

What happens after I purchase a Tasting Flight?

You’ll receive a guided interactive form that helps us understand your style, goals, and brand ingredients.

This form must be completed within 14 days so you can schedule your 1:1 session.

Once your form is submitted, you’ll get access to my scheduler to choose your session time.

Do I need anything prepared before my Tasting Flight?

Not at all. Come as you are with your ideas, your dreams, and your coffee.

Just remember:

Your Tasting Flight session must be scheduled (not held) within 14 days of purchase, which means the guided form needs to be completed within that timeframe too.

Timeline & Process

Do you place clients in a queue?

Yes. Once your Tasting Flight session is scheduled, you’re placed in my design queue based on your booking date. The sooner your form is completed, the sooner you can schedule and officially save your place in line.

How long does the branding process take?

There’s no rigid timeline. Your brand deserves room to breathe. After your Tasting Flight, I work with you until your branding feels like you. I don’t promise exact dates, but I do stay in close communication throughout the process.

Branding Kits

How do I know which branding kit I need?

Your Tasting Flight gives us the clarity we need. Based on your answers, goals, comfort level with Canva, and aesthetic direction, I’ll recommend the kit that fits you best.

What if I already have a logo?

Perfect! I have a Tasting Flight just for you! With the Brew + Review, we’ll take a look at what’s working and what isn’t.

Do I get to keep my files?

Yes. You’ll receive all of your branding elements and Canva templates to use forever.

Will you help me learn how to use my Canva templates?

Absolutely. I’m here to help if you have questions, and you’ll also receive access to a tutorial created by Ashley Wasco to help you feel confident using your designs.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. As your business grows, you can add more templates, graphics, or additional branding elements at any time.

Payments & Refunds

Do you offer payment plans?

Message me and we'll come up with a plan that works for you.

What’s your refund policy?

~ 100 percent refund within 72 hours of purchase.

~ After 72 hours, refunds are not available.

~ If you do not complete your guided form and schedule your Tasting Flight session within 14 days, the session becomes ineligible for a refund.

~ After the 14-day window, unused flights can be applied as a credit toward a future Tasting Flight or branding offer.

Using Your Branding

What if I’m not confident using Canva?

You’re still in the right place.

Between my support and Ashley Wasco’s Canva tutorial, you’ll have everything you need to feel comfortable, no overwhelm required.

Will you help if I get stuck?

Of course. I want your branding to feel doable and enjoyable. You can always reach out with questions as you start using your new templates.

The Character Cafe

Can you make my character look like me?

Yes! Whether you choose the House Blend or the Secret Recipe, your character will be created with your features, style, and personality in mind.

What’s the difference between the House Blend and the Secret Recipe?

House Blend: Five custom character illustrations, based on your image, in a curated style.

Secret Recipe: We co-create your personalized prompt so you can generate your own consistent character anytime, plus receive your illustrated images.

Can I request changes to my character?

Absolutely. The House Blend comes with one round of revisions. We'll work on your initial image until you love it with the Secret Recipe.

How long does it take?

I create characters for four clients of each type per month, and spots fill based on purchase date.
